Vista College Preparatory

A couple of years on from a conversion of their existing facility, Vista College Preparatory is busting at the seems and in need of a new building. Here’s a few renderings of our design for the 12,000 sqft facility that will serve grades three through five. It’s a distinct, yet simple building form that maximizes usable square footage on a small site while minimizing costs.
